Channel x payment-method cash-account rules for Visma customer payments (Filament tab beside Accounting Rules, method options from the customer_payment_method dictionary), replacing hardcoded/column values. An Adyen order with no matching rule is held with an explanatory activity-log reason. Fixes the regression where customer-payment registration was silently disabled on master.
