Nightly job (wms:order-shipped-repair, 03:30) polls Logitrail for outbound shipments still pending locally and replays the OrderShipped event when Logitrail reports the order processed. The standard ship-cascade (invoice, customer mail, tracking handoff, accounting) runs via the normal observer chain. Each repair writes an activity log entry on the order; an end-of-run digest (Filament bell + mail to admins and LOGITRAIL_FALLBACK_NOTIFY) surfaces dropped webhooks. Adyen not involved - autocapture (PR 564) removes the lost-capture surface; this is pure bookkeeping/sync.
